- Eligibility:
- The Founder Pass Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Each customer is eligible to purchase and use one Founder Pass.
- Purchase Period:
- The Founder Pass can be purchased exclusively from 20th of August to 20th of September, or until supplies last.
- Pass Benefits:
- The Founder Pass includes the Shangri-La Duo experience, consisting of a Japanese Onsen (45 mins), ReBalance Full Body Massage (60 mins), and Bespoke Face Spa (50 mins).
- The Shangri-La Duo experience must be redeemed at our TSLAW Tower branch.
- Reservation Period:
- Founder Pass holders can begin making reservations from 13th of September, 2023 onwards.
- Reservations must be made through our official website.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done on our My Booking portal. Each booking can only be rescheduled up to two times.
- Cancellations/ Reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the pass.
- Transferability:
- The Founder Pass is non-transferable.
- Refunds:
- The Founder Pass is non-refundable once purchased.
- Expiration:
- The Founder Pass has no expiration date.
- Availability:
- The Founder Pass is subject to limited availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
- Additional Charges:
- Any additional services or upgrades beyond the Shangri-La Duo experience will incur extra charges.
- Combination with Other Offers:
- The Founder Pass Promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions.
- Usage Guidelines:
